Our veterinary nurses run the following services free to all our clients.
Puppy and Kitten Clinics
New puppies and kittens receive additional consultations to discuss any worries you may have. We regularly discuss topics such as choice of diet, meal sizes, training, identichip, socialisation, worming and flea control.
Weight Watchers
This service is provided free after an initial consultation with the veterinary surgeon. One of our qualified Pet Health Counsellors will set up a target weight and construct a reasonable diet to reach this. Regular free consultations with the nurse allow the diet and exercise regime to be modified according to weight loss. Many owners that have dogs that lose weight remark he is like a pup again, and we are surprised because they had always put down the lethargy to old age.
Senior Health Checks
It is a concern to see our lively, often mischievous pets start to slow down due to old age. We cannot cure old age, but our health checks commonly identify illnesses such as arthritis, heart disease and tooth decay that needlessly cause suffering.
Adolescent Health Checks
These health checks at age 9 months will be a good time to discuss behavioural difficulties, feeding, neutering issues and any queries you may have.
