Regular pet health clinics at Wildbore Vetstop in Worksop

We like to think that caring for your pets means more than simply bringing them in when they are poorly. We are great believers in maintaining health through preventative intervention.

Nurse-led pet care

The veterinary nurses that run our pet health clinics work alongside the vets at Wildbores to ensure the wellbeing of all our patients. The clinics include a range of checks and are all delivered in a gentle but educational environment with like-minded pet owners.

Options at our Turner Road surgery include:

  • Weight Checks – We can help you identify underweight & overweight pets before their weight becomes an issue, often helping your pet back to a healthy weight with a few lifestyle changes.
  • Dental Clinics – The nurse can check your pet’s teeth and advise if they need an examination with the vet. They can also advise on how best to care for your pets teeth at home.
  • Flea and worming consults
  • Weight clinics
  • Nail clipping
  • Post operative checks
  • Stitch removal
  • Monthly First Steps pack – Visits for your puppy or kitten during the first 6 months as a member of your family.

Book a health clinic with our nursing team and utilise their knowledge and experience to improve your pet’s everyday quality of life.
