Lauren Pickwell

Front of House

Lauren joined the team in January 2017 and is part of our Front of House team. She helps take phone calls, make appointment bookings and much more, and is part of our Pet Health Plan team. She is usually happy and smiling and is a very bubbly member of staff!

She loves to help out in other parts of the hospital too, helping the vets and nurses when needed and loves to work with client's pets. Her favourite part of the job is seeing sick pets reunite with owners after a stay in hospital when they're feeling better!

Outside of work she cares for her two children, and is mum to two cats named Luna and Myrtle (named after Harry Potter characters, of course!). In her spare time she likes to read, draw and enjoys the odd live gig.
